20+ YEARS OF EXPERTISE
Over the last 20+ years Inversion Nation founder Joe Krienke has trained hundreds of people from around the world to move with confidence and ease while building strength and flexibility through acrobatic movement. Joe has trained circus professionals and high level gymnasts who want a holistic perspective on training; performing artists who want to expand their movement vocabulary; and people who want to feel the thrill of tumbling and balancing but don't know where to begin. Joe is an NASM certified personal trainer, holds an MFA in Theater, and is an internationally certified teacher of the Alexander Technique.

If your goals and our programming seem like a good match, we meet in person or online where we will work to understand where you are stuck, teach you about our methodologies, and help you choose one of our in person, online, or hybrid training programs.
3. Get moving!
After you choose your program we will book your first session, set you up with our training app, and get you moving!
OUR OFFERINGS
All of our programs are rooted in presence based training designed to enliven your sense of self, undo habitual patterns, get you back in touch with the fundamental movements of your body, and give you an opportunity to cultivate strength, flexibility, and balance.
Your program will include cardiovascular training, quadrupedal movements, stretching, a progressive rolling sequence, bodyweight strength training, and foundational balance skills like headstands, handstands, and backbends. As you progress you will learn to apply your new found strength, flexibility, and coordination to more advanced balancing skills, tumbling, and partner acrobatics.
We offer one-on-one and small group personal training in person, online, or a combination of both.
